Sherri Rainbolt, Onboarding Success Manager
Sherri has over 35 years experience as a private home service provider in numerous capacities from Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, and Private Chef. Her career began as nanny where she was often called “Sherri Poppins”.
Sherri is passionate about the concept of “home”, viewing it as an extension of it’s occupants and the place that fuels us for living. For her, home is a palette for individual expression and she enjoys providing the extra touches that make a house feel like home. She enjoys creating efficient and beautiful organizing systems. She has a heart for architecture, interior design, and art. Sherri attended the Herron School of Art, and she is a mother of two exceedingly handsome and smart young men and a very cool cat, Doug.
To find her balance: Sherri enjoys visiting family in Colorado, spending time with those close to her, gardening, blasting a wide variety of music in the car and reading. In the future she aspires to write a book, watch birds feeding while drinking coffee and nap daily!

Lexie Hofmeister, Employee Success Manager
Lexie has 10+ years in customer-facing roles. After spending the last 6 years as a visual merchandiser, creating inviting home displays in retail, Lexie wanted to have a more personal impact.
As a driven, career-oriented woman, she understands that support in the home empowers our clients to put energy into their passions and she wanted to be a part of the mission to make home a destination.
Lexie earned her BFA and MA from Ball State University. Her free time is dedicated to trying new recipes while hosting themed dinner parties, gardening, and all kinds of art projects.
To find her balance: Lexie has recently begun building custom furniture as she works on the interior design of her house. Her two cats are her babies, and she will always make a point to make clients’ pets feel loved.

Bailey Streicher, Client Success Manager
Bailey joins the MySherri team with a background in education and curriculum development. After ten years in the classroom setting, she began to explore her passion for supporting others through curriculum, training, and professional development.
As a busy mother of three, Bailey knows the weight of balancing a home, family, career, and social life. In the whirlwind of motherhood, she believes that reducing the daily load is essential to mental health and well-being. She feels truly aligned with the MySherri mission and is excited to grow alongside the talented women that represent it.
To find her balance: Bailey is a firm believer in eliminating clutter to reduce stress. Once she has her space calm and ready, you can find her enjoying a cup of coffee and a good Netflix binge. On the weekends, you’ll find Bailey on the sidelines cheering on her kids or on the Peloton bike grabbing those endorphins!

Anna Velez, Senior Home Coordinator
After getting a BFA in visual arts, Anna started a wallpaper hanging business that spanned over three decades and took her from Houston to Indianapolis. She quickly discovered that she had a passion for making clients happy. It was her meticulous approach to communication and coordination that allowed her to receive multiple Angie’s List Super Service awards.
Anna is a gifted artist, creating mesmerizing paper quilts and showing them at art fairs. She brings her experience in color usage to create visually pleasing homes for clients.
To find her balance: Anna enjoys spending time with her wonderful son, daughter-in-law, fabulous granddaughter, and last, but not least, her cat Raven.

Paige Applegate, Home Coordinator
Paige is excited to be part of the MySherri team! She comes from the world of animal welfare and has spent the last 5 years working in an animal shelter. She is a huge animal lover and she has six cats of her own! She will undoubtedly make her clients pets feel loved and cherished. She enjoys organizing spaces and finds it extremely relaxing. Cooking and baking are her favorite hobbies, and she’s always inviting her friends and family over to try out new recipes!
To find her balance: Paige loves to unwind by reading a good book or spending her days with her husband, Adam. She also enjoys playing cozy video games surrounded by her kitties.

Haley Bastin, Home Coordinator
After working in the field of social work for seven years, Haley is excited to bring the principles of a client-centered approach to MySherri. After working in a direct legal service and program managerial role, Haley finds the greatest delights are found in human connection. She has always enjoyed working with people not only to achieve their goals but also to ensuring it is an enjoyable process.
Haley is a strong believer that people cannot pour from an empty cup. This inspires her to cultivate homes that provide the opportunity to recharge so people can use their time and energy doing what they love.
To find her balance: Haley enjoys recharging listening to true crime podcasts, playing cozy-style video games, snuggling with her four cats, or enjoying time with family on her back porch.

Makeily Eader, Home Coordinator
Makeily is excited to join the MySherri team. She joins the team after 3 years in home healthcare. Makeily also previously spent 3 years lifeguarding and worked with Camp Atterbury to certify soldiers in swimming. She loves caring for her family and understands the importance of helping each other to lighten burdens. Currently, she is busy planning her wedding and caring for her 2 cats, 2 dogs, and a hermit crab.
To find her balance: Makeily supports her brother at sporting events, gardens with her mother, and watches Netflix with her fiance. Makeily is making plans to vacation in Yellowstone with her fiance, mom, brother, and stepdad.

Esther Habegger, Home Coordinator
Esther has a 10-year background as a full-time Nanny and House Manager and is passionate about giving mental energy back to busy women. She enjoys organizing “hot mess spaces” that feel chaotic and brings a no-judgment attitude to her clients’ homes. Esther finds satisfaction in knowing her work frees up time for clients to be with their loved ones. She loves the reward of accomplishing tasks and creating beautiful spaces that cultivate relaxation and togetherness.
To find her balance: Esther enjoys gardening, attending concerts, doing 1,000-piece puzzles, and making moss wall hangings. You’ll find her snuggled up with her three kids on the weekend, or watching the hundreds of birds that frequent her front yard feeders.

Christine McNeal, Home Coordinator
Christine has 13 years of experience as a full time nanny. She is a single adoptive Mom and loves watching her son at his many sporting events. She is an errand-running queen and enjoys helping people.
To find her balance: Christine loves to walk around and visit in her neighborhood. She is also involved in her church and plays a mean game of Angry Birds.

Kasey Paulin, Home Coordinator
Kasey has over 15 years of service experience in the restaurant industry, including roles in training and management. She was raised to be a hard-worker and earned a culinary degree from Sinclair College in her hometown of Dayton, OH. Her role as a trainer in the restaurant industry brought her to Indianapolis in 2014, when she decided it was time to plant roots and stay for a while.
Kasey has a passion for taking care of others and is motivated by making a positive impact on other people’s lives. She does this by putting others needs before hers in both her professional and personal life.
To find her balance: Kasey enjoys sharing her love of cooking by preparing meals for friends & family and trying new restaurants in town. She also has become an avid Colts fan since moving to Indianapolis and enjoys attending home games at Lucas Oil Stadium with her boyfriend.

Alicia Ulus, Home Coordinator
As a new Indianapolis resident, Alicia is excited about the opportunity to join the MySherri community and help clients achieve balance. Her background experience in customer service, manufacturing, and international studies makes her an ideal Home Coordinator who understands the multiple facets of the client experience. Alicia is passionate about travel, languages, and a great meal. She has an eye for detail and enjoys making spaces welcoming and beautiful.
To find her balance: Alicia enjoys hosting inviting dinner parties at her home, cuddling with her three fur babies, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
