Meet Our Home Coordinators
MySherri™ believes that the home should be a place where you go to recharge and that you should be free to spend time with the people and projects that matter most. We are on a mission to redefine the home as a destination, not a chore, and our Home Coordinators are the miracle workers behind making this mission a reality.
Meet the talented, empathetic, and multi-faceted team who will help you achieve more balance in your life.
Sherri Rainbolt, Client Success Manager
Sherri has over 35 years experience as a private home service provider in numerous capacities from Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, and Private Chef. Her career began as nanny where she was often called “Sherri Poppins”.
Sherri is passionate about the concept of “home”, viewing it as an extension of it’s occupants and the place that fuels us for living. For her, home is a palette for individual expression and she enjoys providing the extra touches that make a house feel like home. She enjoys creating efficient and beautiful organizing systems. She has a heart for architecture, interior design, and art. Sherri attended the Herron School of Art, and she is a mother of two exceedingly handsome and smart young men and a very cool cat, Doug.
To find her balance: Sherri enjoys visiting family in Colorado, spending time with those close to her, gardening, blasting a wide variety of music in the car and reading. In the future she aspires to write a book, watch birds feeding while drinking coffee and nap daily!
Lexie Hofmeister, Senior Home Coordinator
Lexie has 10+ years in customer-facing roles. After spending the last 6 years as a visual merchandiser, creating inviting home displays in retail, Lexie wanted to have a more personal impact.
As a driven, career-oriented woman, she understands that support in the home empowers our clients to put energy into their passions and she wanted to be a part of the mission to make home a destination.
Lexie earned her BFA and MA from Ball State University. Her free time is dedicated to trying new recipes while hosting themed dinner parties, gardening, and all kinds of art projects.
To find her balance: Lexie has recently begun building custom furniture as she works on the interior design of her house. Her two cats are her babies, and she will always make a point to make clients’ pets feel loved.
Tiffany Mason, Home Coordinator
Tiffany is an Indianapolis native that comes to MySherri with an extensive background in customer service and restaurant management. Over the course of her time in the restaurant industry, she’s traveled across the country to train and manage employees with a variety of backgrounds.
Tiffany has a natural passion for cleaning and organizing. She brings a positive attitude and incredibly intuitive experience to her clients while bringing the vision they have for their homes to life.
To find her balance: Tiffany enjoys performing random acts of kindness, polishing her crown, getting together with friends, and inspiring her team with TikTok videos.
Tracy Maynard, Home Coordinator
Tracy has joined the MySherri team with a wealth of experience. She independently and successfully launched four amazing children into the world. She now gets to spend time with her five wonderful grandchildren when she’s not learning a new skill or hobby.
Tracy’s superpower is caring for people. She loves getting to make someone’s day brighter and less stressed. She has 10+ years of experience caring for people and their homes in central Indiana. She is also an amazing cook (a certified nutritionist to be exact) and even got a special mention in Jeff Foxworthy’s family cookbook.
Tracy understands the importance of giving back to our community. She does so through her involvement with the American Red Cross and United Way.
To find her balance: Tracy enjoys going on adventures with her grandchildren and hiking trails with her dog, Spirit. You’ll find her cooking and singing along with Norah Jones. She’s also got a voice all of her own. In fact – she sang the National Anthem at a Harlem Globetrotters game!
Kasey Paulin, Home Coordinator
Kasey has over 15 years of service experience in the restaurant industry, including roles in training and management. She was raised to be a hard-worker and earned a culinary degree from Sinclair College in her hometown of Dayton, OH. Her role as a trainer in the restaurant industry brought her to Indianapolis in 2014, when she decided it was time to plant roots and stay for a while.
Kasey has a passion for taking care of others and is motivated by making a positive impact on other people’s lives. She does this by putting others needs before hers in both her professional and personal life.
To find her balance: Kasey enjoys sharing her love of cooking by preparing meals for friends & family and trying new restaurants in town. She also has become an avid Colts fan since moving to Indianapolis and enjoys attending home games at Lucas Oil Stadium with her boyfriend.
